I served in the 1st Cavalry 1967-68 … 11B and/or 11C … it takes me about one minute to see through these posts … I’d like to shake this guys hand … he lived thru the shit us grunts had to endure …
Forget their faces.Forget their names. Forget the materials that touched your flesh. Just remember the package. It's a wonderful present that you gave to all those families. But don't let it bring you down.A responsible person had to do it and you are that guy! God bless. Tom Lyons
Uncle was born in 1935. He's still alive to this day and the stories he's told about the WW2 from a *National PoV* is... thrilling to listen to. Our Nation did.. some questionable things back than. However he's a heavy drinker sadly. So he has a tendency to skip parts of his - *Storytelling*
مش خناجر .short swords
My great uncle was in a mortar battalion and fought on Luzon 1945 ❤
Wow Iwo Jima. These men are the true meaning of Super Hero’s. We wouldn’t have a country without their bravery.
Anyone at FSB Moore Dong Tam area with 9 ID? My Dad was there in 68/69.
I wish he’d mentioned his R & R, where he had gone and what he did, since he was older and acted like an adult, whereas 20 yr olds will get drunk and seek out adult entertainment.
So its ok for China and Russia and Iran to operate fleets 13 miles off San Diego ?
you want to bring back those memories?

Only brainless $ 1 an hour burger flippers ( livin with mom ) went to Vietnam . How many men , women , children did he murder ?
HOOAHH SARGE !!!
I have the utmost respect for the Army chaplain, especially those who ministered in the combat zone. Not all came home! The real war is not physical friend, it's spiritual. The battlefield is the mind (2 Tim 2:3; Romans 7:23, 8:5-7, 12:2; Philippians 2:5, 3:19; Colossians 3:2; 1 Peter 1:13). The only path to victory is through Christ Jesus (John 14:6).

Once a Gunner, always a Gunner
Glorious!!
What is wrong with a human being who wants to penalize another human who is drafted into the hellhole that was Vietnam and has managed to make it back? What could possibly be the depraved motivation???
